Boutique Memory Care
As a caregiver, providing the support your loved one needs isn’t always easy. Needs can change, and it can be difficult to know how to best care for them. Our team is specially trained to support those living with Alzheimer’s, dementia, or Parkinson’s disease.
Every resident in our Memory Care program receives personalized care and 24/7 staff support. By creating a safe space full of meaningful activities, we help every member enjoy life to the fullest.

Supporting Through Services
Our Memory Care program is more than just a place to live. We focus on supporting all elements of our residents’ lives through physically, mentally, and socially engaging activities. These activities are designed to provide cognitive stimulation that can improve quality of life.
Our services include:
- Residential setting
- Full furnished apartments
- Engagement for positive cognitive support
- Meaningful activities to stimulate brain functions
- Strengthening activities for walking and balance
- Non-pharmaceutical interventions to reduce medication reliance

A PERSONALIZED MEMORY Care PROGRAM
Our professionally trained Memory Care staff takes a personal interest in ensuring the needs of each Memory Care resident are taken care of. This means approaching situations differently with each resident and taking time to learn how to best care for everyone. Our team is here to help residents feel safe and cared for while doing what they love most every day.
Alzheimer’s Care
Alzheimer’s is a neurological disease that often forces individuals to require extra care. The disease causes cognitive problems like forgetfulness, confusion, and difficulty with speech. Although the disease is most common in people over 65, it’s not a normal part of aging.
As Alzheimer’s continues to worsen, it can be hard for caregivers to provide constant support to their loved one. Our Memory Care program is designed to help individuals with Alzheimer’s at any stage. With a professionally trained staff and a safe environment, those with Alzheimer’s can feel comfortable and safe in our community.
Dementia Care
Although most people consider Dementia and Alzheimer’s the same, there are many different types of Dementia. Each type has similar symptoms, trajectories, and outcomes. Those with dementia require constant support, and for many caregivers, this can be hard to provide.
The following are just a few areas we can help with at Fox Trail Senior Living:
- Anxiety
- Agitation
- Anger
- Aggression
- Depression
- Hallucinations
- Memory loss & confusion
Our Memory Care facility also supports strategies for safe wandering that’s common with residents with dementia.
Parkinson’s Care
Parkinson’s disease can cause challenges in movement, speech, and balance. The disease is a neurological disorder that can be different for everyone. As the disease deals with movement, it can be physically demanding for a caregiver.
Our team of especially trained professionals supports our Memory Care members by supporting them through their changes. We also have programs to help residents with their balance and movement while supporting their independence.
